Local, naturally grown, fresh, and most importantly: the most delicious food you'll ever taste. You'll find the best local vegetables, fruit, herbs, eggs, and meat right here at Wishful Acres Farm. Wishful Acres Farm is a small family farm located in the beautiful rolling hills of
Northwest Illinois, near the city of Freeport (approximately 100 miles west of Chicago). Here on our small family farm you will find the best food in the world!
We grow and sell hundreds of varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and garden plants. We raise happy farm animals in humane conditions and offer free-range brown eggs for sale, beef from a nearby farm, and soon our own pastured chicken, turkey, and pork. Our farm uses no pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals of any sort.
Our products are available for sale through our farm's shareholder CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture), farm pickup, at farmers markets, or at our on-farm store (hours vary). Please click on the tabs at the top of this page for more information.
